SHIPPING POLICY for Jean C Studio Surface Pattern Design
Vendors can take up to 4 to 5 business days to produce the order before it’s shipped. (Weekends don’t count as business days.)
Depending on the shipping method you chose at the time of placing the order and your location, the delivery itself can take up to 12 business days in the US, or up to 21 business days if products produced in the US are shipped internationally*.
When it comes to international shipping, those packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL or USPS Priority International.
There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:
• Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
• Local customs department processing time

Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund.
You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me through the website link.
The price of the item at purchase will apply to any refunds.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email using the link provided on the website. I’ll give you instructions on returning your item for exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, I will pay return shipping.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
